1. Service description
sellerDoc ("we", "us", "our") provides a web-based workspace for marketplace sellers to interact with Wildberries and Ozon APIs using their own API credentials. The service is provided free of charge.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to use the API credentials you provide. By registering, you confirm this.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sellerDoc login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. API keys & tokens
You provide your own Wildberries and Ozon API tokens. These are encrypted with AES-256 before storage and are never transmitted back to your browser in plain text after saving. We use them solely to make authorised API requests on your behalf when you interact with the dashboard.
5. Data handling
We store only what is necessary: your email, encrypted password, encrypted API tokens, and data you explicitly save (product overrides, profile fields). We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. Marketplace data fetched from WB/Ozon is processed in-memory to fulfil your request and is not persisted beyond caching where noted.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service to violate any applicable law; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; exceed rate limits in a way that degrades service for others; use the service to store or transmit malicious code.
7. Availability
sellerDoc is provided on an "as-is" basis. We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. We are not responsible for losses resulting from downtime, API changes by Wildberries or Ozon, or any data inaccuracies returned by third-party APIs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sellerDoc and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
10. Privacy policy
We collect: your email address and hashed password (for authentication); encrypted API tokens you provide; profile fields you fill in. We do not sell your data. We use industry-standard encryption and follow minimal-data principles. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
