Frequently asked questions

Is sellerDoc really free?: Yes. There are no paid tiers, no trial periods, and no credit card required. Register and use everything.
Where is my WB API key stored?: Your key is AES-256 encrypted on our server before saving to the database. It is never returned to the browser after you save it.
What WB token permissions do I need?: For FBW supplies: enable 'Supplies'. For products/cards: 'Content'. For sales analytics: 'Analytics'. You can create one token with all categories checked.
Does sellerDoc support Ozon?: The Ozon section is in the dashboard and is actively being developed. WB is fully supported today.
Can I use sellerDoc for multiple WB accounts?: Currently one WB token per account. Multi-account support is on the roadmap — reach out if that's blocking you.
